Water - Proofing

Waterproofing one of the most Important subjects when it come's to building ,If you dont use the proper material and equipment and know how do do it right from the beginning it can cause problems in future!

Here you will see  there is an extension to the house where they built an extra room for a braai area!

The cause was improper application of water proofing material in the gutter. We inserted new membrane and applied fiber flex inside.

We repainted the sealing on the inside of the house!

Project completed!
